Betty is insightful, thoughtful, and engaging. Her intuitive and sensible manner helps clients feel comfortable and motivated to trust her in bringing about the desired changes and aspirations in their life.
Her practice is based on Emotion Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory. This allows Betty to address the underlying cause and trauma versus simple symptom management for client issues prevalent in today’s world.
